- the Korea Cyber Campus with 9 participating nation-wide unversities such as Kyungpook NU, Chonnam NU, Kyunghee U, Korea National Open U., Hanyang U, Ewha Womens U., Kyungsung U, Daegu U, and Kwangwun U
and design and planned and ran the virtual unversity system. He gave lectures serval times on Physics on the internet to the remote students from participating universities.
